1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Emm3D Wardog Signup Twitch Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a signup list for Emm3D and his viewers for group gaming sessions. The Service allows viewers to:

• Read and agree to the streamer's rules, then sign up
• Provide and update their Twitch and Steam names
• See other people who have signed up

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including your Steam name
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the signup system
• Not use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames
• Comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Respect other users and the streamer's rules

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass signup restrictions or restrictions
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Signup Management

• Signing up requires agreeing to the streamer's current rules
• The streamer and moderators have full control over the signup list and may remove users at their discretion
• Signing up does not guarantee gameplay or specific treatment
• We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Availability and Modifications

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may update these terms from time to time with notice
• Service availability may vary due to technical issues or maintenance

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Service (whichever is less)
• We are not responsible for disputes between users or between users and streamers

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Twitch Platform

This Service operates on the Twitch platform and is subject to Twitch's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
