In short: Emm3D Wardog Signup (the "Service") is a Twitch Extension and website that lets viewers sign up to play with the streamer Emm3D. We collect only what is needed to run the signup list: your Twitch name, your Steam name, and a record that you agreed to the rules. We do not sell your data, show ads, use analytics or tracking, or set cookies.
The Service is operated by Flame6 ("we", "us") for the Twitch streamer Emm3D. Contact: dev@flame6.com.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Twitch name (login), as typed by you or confirmed by Twitch | To identify you on the signup list. |
| Steam name (or Steam profile link) that you enter | So the streamer and moderators can find and invite you in Steam. |
| Agreement record: the time you agreed and which version of the rules you agreed to | To confirm that everyone on the list has accepted the current rules. |
| Sign-up time | To order and manage the list. |
| Twitch user ID and Twitch opaque user ID (provided by Twitch to extensions) | To verify your Twitch name when you choose to share your identity, and to make sure only you can change or remove your own signup. Your Twitch user ID is only available to us if you click "Share my Twitch ID". |
| Moderator activity log: who added, removed or cleared signups, changed the rules, or opened or closed signups, and when (the most recent 200 actions) | To let moderators see what changed and to deal with mistakes or abuse. |
| Technical data: IP address and request details | Our web server and hosting may log these for security, abuse prevention (rate limiting) and troubleshooting. |
We do not collect your email address, real name, password, payment information, location, or Twitch chat messages. Steam names are chosen by you; please do not enter anything you do not want the streamer and moderators to see.
Your signup (Twitch name, Steam name, agreement record and sign-up time) is kept until you remove yourself, a moderator removes you, or the list is cleared. Moderators may clear the list at any time. The moderator activity log keeps only the most recent 200 actions. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
The Service is served over HTTPS. Requests from the extension are authenticated with tokens signed by Twitch, the moderator page requires a login, and requests are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.
We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics or third-party trackers. The moderator page uses standard browser login authentication.
The Service is intended for people who are old enough to use Twitch (13 or older, or the age of majority where you live if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the entry.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
